Bordo Bisztro in Budapest

Liked the place. Very nice atmosphere and food. I had the Tacos al Pastor and the Shrimp tacos and they were both good. It is clear that they are a bit under men because of Corona, but despite that the waiters were very friendly and kind.

Really nice place, authentic Mexican food, kind staff. I would recommend the tacos, very tasty, but actually all the other food as well.The cocktails are awesome, we had margaritas, they made those really well, one of the best in town.The menu is not too big, but they are still in a soft-open mode, but you find everything you may need.While the whole place is open air, there are fans around to cool you and also enough shelter to protect from the sun or rain.

We came because of the beautiful place. But were very disappointed with the waitress. We literally had to search them to order our food or to pay the bill. Only to discover an overprice tips. The food was nonetheless good.

Fast, precise and polite service, good value for money meals, quality ingredients, cozy atmosphere. Gambas (crab) meals could contain a bit more pieces of crabs, otherwise no complaints.

Really good place for real mexican food. I went with some friends. First we ordered some nachos. What a nice surprise that they were made by real fried tortilla and also with blue corn tortilla. Then we ask for some tacos al pastor and carnitas. Such a delicious taste. Margaritas are good also.

Love Tereza for its garden, its cocktails and friendly staff. Food is good too!

The food was really nice and tasty. We ate the tuna steak for starters and the 🌮 plate and giant 🍤 for the main dish. Would recommend the taco, they serve the plate with their daily tacos. The only reason to give 4 stars was the service. It was slow and a bit chaotic. Cocktails and live music were a plus.

I've been here with my other half, perfect service and food! We'll get back here for sure! Highly recommended!

Really excellent and authentic food with a great atmosphere outside on the terrace, delicious drinks, and a reasonable price - one of our best dining experiences in Budapest! Special thanks to the friendly manager who really went out of his way to make sure we had an excellent experience!

Amazing Mexican food. The tortillas are made of corn flour, they use sour limes, the pork is excellent and they even serve nopales(cactus). From someone who lived in Mexico this place is excellent.

Great Mexican restaurant. The place is very spacious, the mood is nice and easygoing. There is even a small table full of toys for the little ones to keep busy.The service is fast and friendly.Their menu isn't large; therefore, it is pretty easy to find something suitable. They also don't have any burritos. Burritos are not Mexican, so this place is serious on their Mexican cuisine.The food here is delicious! However, I will say that their portion is a bit on the small size. I end up ordering two main dish and a soup to get me full.

Although the food was delicious and very well prepared, I was missing more optiins to choose from due to a small menu. Meanwhile the wide variety of drinks and latin liquors sortof make up for this shortage of dishes.Personnel was friendly and the place was just enough staffed to not have to wait too long.I can recommend for both couples and larger groups like bachelor(ettes)parties.

Charming atmosphere, seductive menu, relatively kind staff . Everything is beautiful, Instagram compatible - if you like. But...the quality of the ingredients seemed poor, the tastes were too mild, the portions were ridiculously small, and the service was inattentive and very-very slow. I had a taco: literally the worst dish in a year, and a cocktail: that tasted like water. It might have been just this one evening, when everything went wrong... Anyway, for me it was a big disappointment.

This place has a good atmosphere with some tasty Mexican food. I had a quesadilla with pineapple and it was super delicious and quite filling. It is not on the cheap side though, so if you are looking for a budget friendly restaurant, you may want to think twice.

Great authentic Mexican food. A beautiful space especially the outdoor taverna and on the night we visited there was a musician playing music which was very lovely. The ambiance was very enjoyable - as were the margaritas - and it was nice to see so many people eating al fresco and the kitchen team cooking al fresco too. Food was fabulous and my burrito bowl was huge and super filling. The fajitas were also pretty special as was the sauce. No need for starters or desserts to be honest, but I’d definitely encourage you to go with a big group and enjoy a whole feast of dishes. Staff were friendly and attentive, only thing that put a downer on our visit was not receiving our change (which included our service charge) that we had to question. Other than that 10/10.

Expensive but brilliant atmosphere and great food.

Corn soup was very good, fried avocados were also good, but both the avocado margarita and the Exotica cocktails were underwhelming and the burrito bowl was 80% rice. Tacos were good, but the tortilla soaked though and fell into pieces so it had to be eaten with fork and knife. Servers were nice but I agree with other reviewers in that things appear a bit disorganized.

The foot itself was good. Nice tender chicken and a very flavorful fajita. The service was quite poor unfortunately. We waited a lot, at every stage of the meal.

I love this type of restaurants. It has a great location and very nice staff and the food was great. Service was quite slow though.

Good mexican food

Fish tacos were very plain. The cod was cube shaped, not the best shape for a taco and filled with some type of shredded lettuce or onion maybe? The drinks were disappointing since most of them had a hilariously large ice cube that takes up 85% of the glass. Atmosphere outdoors is very nice.

We loved it. We shared the Burrito bowl and the vegetarian Quesadilla. Both were really tasty. The place is big and cozy. 10/10

Amazing food! Way beyond expectations. But! Bad service. They just somehow didnt get the concept, that table service actually means coming to the table once in a while. Its just not their thing.

A very beautiful place with warm atmosphere, perfect for couples and groups too!It was my first time on a Mexican and I really liked the plates and the beers. I don't even remember the names of the plates but it doesn't matter at all. The staff is really helpful and eager to advice you on whatever you need!Totally recommend it!!!

Little noisy but really good place to have a few drinks and some good food

I came because of the photos. Left because of so many things. Service was slow. Food was cold. Beef was dry. Chicken tasted like Italian sauce. Only 3 small shrimp in the taco(tasteless). Waited forever for the bill. Overall very average food if it was warm possibly. The place looks nice but they have to step up their game when it comes to these things.

We had a warm welcome and really good fajitas here. If you want to grab a few tacos or tequilas and enjoy a Mexican atmosphere in the heart of Budapest, then I recommend to visit this place.
